Laerskool Roodebeeck Primary was established in 1977.

Over the years, as our love for the community grew, so did the number of our learners and staff. Now, in 2024 we have 1189 learners and 64 staff members. This includes our assistant teachers, office staff, and general assistants.

Laerskool Roodebeeck Primary has a wide variety of sports codes and extramural activities including netball, soccer, hockey, cricket, tennis, chess, drama, recorder club, and drummies.

As the years and technology evolved Roodebeeck kept up well with the pace. Every classroom is equipped with an interactive whiteboard to assist with teaching, along with an inverter to ensure teaching continues during loadshedding.

At Laerskool Roodebeeck we strive to be the BEST school in the WEST every day!!!
